No refund is available after 30
days from sign up. Accounts cancelled/terminated by us
for violating our Terms of Service Policy do not qualify for
the 30 day money back guarantee. For example, if your
account is cancelled due to spamming or warez, you will not
be given any refund. To cancel your hosting plan and
receive a full refund click on the Contact link on our main
page and we will commence the cancellation. Any cancellation
request will be effective upon receipt. We will email you to
confrm the cancellation has been completed. Refund of all monies due will be
made not later than the last day of the month in which the
cancellation request was received. Monies can only be
refunded using the PayPal system (which is also the method
we use to accept payments).
